Overview
The post war 40s Martin has been one of the most sought after guitars. Many believe it's some of the finest crafted instruments during the golden era of guitar building. After WWII, it was a time of celebration and you can just imagine the joy and pride that goes in building these instruments of choice before mass production kicks in the late 60s.
The 000 size is perfect for fingerstyle playing without sacrificing volume and bass response from the sweet timbre that an aged Mahogany is known for.
This guitar has a cool vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings ; surface scratches. There's a professionally repaired back crack that was glued & cleated. Small neck heel crack that has been professionally repaired. The neck has been reset & the guitar completely refinished.
