Overview
This guitar is in it's all original condition. Almost perfect and entirely crack-free body with Brazlllian rosewood back and sides. A Stirling example with a warm and clear timbre and strong presence. Great for fingerstyle and amazing accompaniment for recording. Guitar is structural sound with no internal repairs. The guitar bridge has been refreshed in period correct proportion and specifications with Henkes and Blazer 'Red eye' pins. Partial refret on the first 7. Neck has the classic late 1940's profile with mostly round carve and lightly flattened sides. Nut-width is 1-11/16" and the scale measured 24.9". With original hardshell. A Holy Grail type of guitar for the discerning Martin fan. Do not miss this rare piece that plays like butter and sing like an angel!
